Orders placed before 12:00 PM for items in stock can be delivered the next business day. Delivery is free for orders over 80,000 UAH. For orders below this amount, an additional fee applies.
Express delivery is only available for items marked as "In Stock".

Delivery in Kyiv and Within 30 km
- FREE delivery in Kyiv for orders over 80,000 UAH.
- Delivery cost for orders under 80,000 UAH — 1,500 UAH.
- Delivery is carried out on business days from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Saturday delivery is available for an additional fee of 500 UAH.
- Delivery is made to the entrance/front door.
- Loading and unloading services are charged separately.
On the day of delivery, our driver will contact you and provide an estimated time of arrival. After delivery, you'll receive an SMS confirmation.
Delivery Throughout Ukraine via Courier Services
Delivery is carried out through Nova Poshta, Delivery, and specialized transport companies. We choose the optimal delivery method, taking into account your location and order specifications.

Delivery is made to the postal service warehouse in your city or "door-to-door" delivery (paid as a separate service, does not include loading and unloading operations) The delivery cost is calculated separately for each case and is determined based on the carrier's rates. |

Delivery Terms
Standard deliveries are made to the building entrance (self-carry into the premises). Delivery can be performed on any transport from a minivan to a large truck, so the delivery address should be accessible for such transport.
Most of our shipments are delivered on pallets, which remain with you.
If necessary, you can order a floor-to-floor delivery service by calling +38 096 744-60-61 in advance.
It's important to check packages for any visible damage. If damage is detected, note this in the courier's documentation and contact us as soon as possible.
We recommend not scheduling installers until the goods have been received and inspected. The recommended acclimatization time for flooring materials is 24-48 hours at room temperature.
In Case of Failed Delivery
If no one is at home during delivery, the goods are rejected, or the order is changed/canceled within 48 hours before delivery, you will be responsible for additional costs for returning or redelivering the goods.
If you do not arrange redelivery, we will contact you for further instructions and may charge for storage and additional delivery costs.

Is weekend delivery possible?
Yes, we offer Saturday delivery for an additional fee. Sunday is a day off.
What should I do if the product is damaged?
When receiving the product, be sure to check the packaging integrity. In case of damage, take photos and note this in the courier's documentation. Then contact us by phone to resolve the issue.
How long does delivery to remote regions take?
Delivery to remote regions can take from 3 to 7 business days depending on the location and availability of transport services.
Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?
Yes, you can change the delivery address by contacting us no later than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.
