Terms and Conditions
Our price matching program applies under the following conditions:
- We compare the total cost of the competitor's offer, including the product price and any applicable delivery costs, to ensure a fair comparison.
- Price matching applies only to products, not to services such as samples, installation, or delivery costs.
- The competitor's product must meet the following requirements:
- Be identical in brand, model, package size, and specifications
- Be brand new and unused
- Be in stock at the competitor
- Be sold with the same warranties as ours
- Be available for home delivery or collection within 5 days
- We must be able to verify the price and availability of the competitor's product through a website link or written quote.
- Price matching applies to each transaction and cannot be extended to future purchases.
- We compare prices only with official Ukrainian retailers who:
- Operate with VAT included
- Sell directly to consumers
- Have a physical presence or confirmed business activity in Ukraine
