Frequently Asked Questions
How long does flooring installation take?
A standard room of 15-20 m² takes about 1 day for laminate or vinyl tile installation. Parquet and engineered boards require more time — 2-3 days for the same area. Installation of decking or facade systems takes from 3 to 7 days depending on the area and complexity.
Do I need to buy additional materials for installation?
No, we provide a full range of turnkey services. The cost of work includes the purchase of all necessary materials: underlayment, adhesive, sealant, fasteners, baseboards, etc. You only need to buy the flooring itself.
How often is maintenance required for wooden flooring?
For solid parquet and natural wood decking, it is recommended to perform professional maintenance once every 1-2 years. This includes sanding, refreshing the protective layer, and treatment with special compounds. Engineered boards require less frequent maintenance — approximately once every 3-5 years.
Can new flooring be installed over the old one?
In some cases it is possible, but not always recommended. Our specialist will assess the condition of the existing flooring during the site visit and provide professional recommendations.
What is the service life of decking and facade systems?
With proper installation and regular maintenance, composite decking will last 25-30 years, wooden decking — 15-20 years with annual maintenance. Facade systems have a service life of 20 to 50 years depending on the materials used.
